Overview

For a seamless experience, we kindly request a minimum of 7 days' notice for a full refund for parties smaller than 30 people. For parties larger than that we request a minimum of 15 days' notice for a full refund. 8-day notice, a 50% refund will be processed, and a 20% refund for a 4-day notice of the total amount.

Refunds

Upon submitting your request to cancel an order, an email will be sent to confirm its receipt. Subsequently, you will receive notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be promptly processed, and the credited amount will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds
